There are a multitude of reasons why going cashless with DoughDepot’s solution is superior to going cashless with other alternatives:

Customer Experience – When a customer wants to pay with cash and your business is cashless via other alternatives, the customer must be inconvenienced to find a conversion device and return to their transaction. DoughDepot allows the customer to close out their bill at the kiosk or right with the server / bartender / counter staff and receive their change in cash. This allows businesses to go cashless without inconveniencing their guests.

Consumer Card Fees – Going cashless with other cashless alternatives can cause fees and expenses to your guests. Often, guests load money onto a payment device. These payment devices typically have fees associated with them. Cash Reconciliation – DoughDepot provides automatic cash reconciliation between cash transactions and cash deposits with your point-of-sale (“POS”) system. These reports are provided to the business operator for easy reconciliation.

Real-Time Access to Funds – DoughDepot provides the business instant access to their funds post deposit or closing of the cash transaction.

Expense – Often smart safes and cash recyclers charge the business going cashless for the hardware and a monthly subscription fee. In addition to these fees the business often incurs armored courier and banking fees. DoughDepot does not charge any hardware, subscription, or banking fees.
